The best time to visit Kanneliya Rain Forest Reserve is between November and April, which is the dry season in Sri Lanka. During this time, the weather is pleasant, and the reserve is at its most beautiful. The waterfalls are also at their fullest during this time, making it an ideal time for swimming and relaxing.
